The new Swarmlord: how to nerf it more?

I've just got back to the hobby a few months ago, and trying to catch up with what I've missed in the past few years, I couldn't help notice that whenever there's something wrong (read: OP/broken/general QQ) about a new unit/model/codex, there is always someone who comes up with a comparison with Swarmy.
I find it really amusing: don't get me wrong, I am frustrated by this as well: I've tried him* personally in different situations in this 7th edition, just for the first hand experience of discovering how situational (useless) he could be for his ridiculous price (tax not included).

However, I love the comedic value of sarcasm.

I was just reading the thread "Swarmlord vs Wraithknight", and I was impressed by the creativity of some input about possible changes to the Swarmlord in a future codex.
Some of the comments really cracked me up, so I am here to ask:

In a hypothetical future codex, how do you think GW could "improve" the Swarmlord to make him shine even more?

Please keep it sensible and be ridiculous without going over the top, I am afraid some designer (?) might visit this forum for new ideas, like increasing Swarmy's cost by 25pts in order to buff him and all the hormagaunts/genestealers in synapse range with skyfire.

For each 1 roll to Hit, that roll is not discarded: instead it wounds itself on a 4+ (so that he can possibly ID himself)

"Improve" him? Replace his bone swords with generic close combat weapons, and declare his extra attack from extra weapon to have been rolled into his stat line, without actually bumping up his attacks

Up his points by 20, and make him your mandatory HQ, Also he gives a army wide buff. All the units you field taken from Codex Tyranids, get preferred enemy Codex Tyranids.

He needs painful loss.

When swarmlord is destroyed, all units in synapse range takes d3 wounds and automatically fail their leadership test. Your opponent gets slay the warlord regardless if swarmlord is even your warlord or not.

Why would you gimp the swarmlord even more?? Because it is fluffy. Tyranid players should consider what makes the game fun for your opponent. The sense of entitlement we get for wanting WAAC rules in those other horrible codex is what ruins the game. This will help forge narrative that players actually want to see when they fight tyranids where a battle can be won by killing the synapse creature

Make bonesabre a normal bonesword. Auto ID is way too good. No one enjoy fighting against a broken unit that will instant kill your awesome character most of the time. - 5 to WS, some bug monster should never be anymore competent then elite superhuman warriors of the Adeptus Astartes. Lower the I to 2 as well, no reason he should as fast as a genestealer given his size. If you read the fluff, tyrants in general have no advantage in a fight except for his size. Against a competent fighter such as Ciaphas Cain or Ragnar, he is helpless.This will put in more in line with background information given to us.

Wat those rules make him (please do not swear)? No you just need to l2p.

Oh loose the invul, way too many units with those. Cut needs to start now.

"Purposeful Assassin" upgrade - XXX points where XXX is the complete cost of one opponents characters, their choice. Swarmlord and but not any unit it joins gains Move Through Cover when charging that model. That model also gains this ability. Your opponent may choose not to elect one of their models, in which case the points are still spent but no special rules are gained by either side.

To be good I would like to see him turn into A Fleet MC. The 4++ to just be normal. The Armourbane USR added to his roster of giveaways. A similar Warlord trait to Necron pick n choose. His unit to IGNORE terrain penalty with charging if he has Guard. His S bumped to 7 and be given Furious Charge and Counterattack. 2+ Armour. Maybe go up to 300, maybe a little more?? And LOW.

Make it a Lord of War, replace Bone Sabres with Scything Talons, replace Monstrous Creature unit type with Infantry.
Balance points at 200, reduce ML to 1, can only generate Dominion, has to be Warlord, but has no Warlord trait. No longer allowed a Unit of Tyrant Guard, must join a unit of Pyrovores, which have to be taken in order to field the Swarmlord.

Change his invul from "Blade Parry: 4++" to "Super Barrier Omega Titan Warp Field: 6++". Naturally, bone sabres come in groups of 4 and count as one CC weapon, so no extra attack. Mastery Level 1 and always knows The Horror. If he dies, you lose the game to better represent the fluff. Also, you can't play again for a week to better represent your poor monetary investment abilities.
