Tyranid void shield generators

I thought I'd share this with the hive,
I'm having 3 tyranid void shield generators (tho I like to think of them as warp field generators) custom made for me.

The idea being a tyranid 'growth' similar to a spore chimney that magnifies the power/range of a zonethropes warp field.

I'm having them made by a company in Sydney Australia called custom terrain.

Looks promising. Really does resemble one of the FW spore chimneys with a Zoey on the inside.

As I tend to use my Chimney as a VSG (and my old custom drop pods as new spore chimneys), I support this idea!

This is the concept I had for mine

It was going to play on the fact there is a battlement and I was going to make it our of a cheap plastic bowl noodles come in. There was going to be room for 10 gaunts on the battlements. Granted the building is impassable, so you can't go inside but it does say if you can get to the battlements from the outside then you may do so. That was my thinking anyway, I was going to make two at the same time, we'll see about it next year, too many other projects at the moment.

I had a custom river, pond/lake and some end pieces done up. Wasnt cheap but it has lasted really well.
