So, my old Plog kind of peetered out, but i have some new projects going on, so new thread!
Let's start with my lictors I posed to be mauling some marines:

and a chapter master I converted for my little brother out of the assault on black reach captain:

Got more Tyranids, some Tau, and a game table coming up!

I like the scheme you're running.
Though, try to steady the camera more. it blurs and kills detail. I tend to rest my elbows or wrists against something to help with that. I'm still not great meself, but it's something.

We need more shots of your army is what I'm saying.

And that is a very awesome chapter master there.

Swarmlord and guard, slight covnersion to look more like codex art and posed atop a severed heavy burst cannon leftover from my riptide kit:

Scratch built zoanthrope I made from a genestealer, hot glue, a trygon tail and head carapce, fleshborer hive and some bio weapons and spines, shown alongsid emy DoM which I guess now is just a zoanthrope:

Scratch built hive guard made from various bitz and modeling clay/ green stuff:

i was going to upload a pico f one of my fire warriors from my tau, but pic turned out really blurry. More toorrow!

Dang... It's been quite some time hasn't it? Been super busy with graduating high school and getting ready for college and working and having a good time with friends. Anyway been away from 40k for a while but I got my painting started back up recently with some Tau!

Well I converted up a Tyranid Prime:

Attached tyrant LW and swarmlord BS and mawloc claws, and put a piece of carapace on his chest. I got this guy from a friend and he was technicaly already a prime, but the only thing that set him aprt was upside down scything talons for boneswords and those carapace bitz on his back, so I took it upon myself to make him more inspired in appearance. *edit: oh1 and of course gave him the lower legs of a hive tyrant

Also, have started my gaming table (finally) it will feature a volacno and lava river, ruins, tyranid infested forest, and a nice bridge across the central chasm, should be awesome when I finish:

OK, so my FW Hive Tyrant I got on EBay arrived yesterday (thanks relentless!) And now I have a question, what size/type of magnets should I get? I want to magnetize his arms so I can switch the weapons around, and change between wings and walking. Help please?
