As soon as he heard the word 'brother' Sunny's eyes widened and his jaw went slack.
"Even that? I - uh - I had no idea I- uh." He couldn't get the words out amonst the apologetic stuttering. He didn't know if 62 registered the sympathy but when he offered his arm he took it as a gesture that hostilities have cooled. What discomfort was left was eased when one of the smaller cerebrates assured him, but replaced with mixed feelings - 62 had no idea how much Sunny blamed himself.
Sunny was felling stronger now. Probably the food, although he still felt he was in some pain, like every muscle had just bee stretched from a cramp. Regardless, his field of 'vision' was a lot more clearer now, he picked up the echos is better clarity. He found the dropped piece of paper that he had taken from the those from Project: Supernova transferred to Facility 666. He made sure, by running over the reference tab that it was his, 32. On top of the few A4 sheets was a summary, risk assessment and future plans report, not that Sunny could see of this, he wasn't even holding it the right way up.
Sunny walked over to where Mateus stood, his anticipation made him ignorant to the fact he was clearly interfering with something. - things seem so awkward now now he knows that is the enigmatic 'Doc Icarus' from so long ago. Rubbing the back of his neck with an awkward grin, trying to cover up his discomfort, both from memories of the sub Atlantic facility and approaching this individual at all, he requested,
"I'm sure you get that I can't read, you were there when it happened," He said, waving his hand infront of his own face reminding him of his blindness and over his paper, once again the wrong way around, "What's this say? Is there a cure? does it say where my brother is?"

-V paper in question V-
Project:Supernova
Subject Number:32
Surname: Arthurs
Given names: Samuel, William
Age: 16
Summary:Discovered and acquired at the age of 10, one of two twins who showed exceptional telomere regeneration and nucleatide durability due to a unique mutation, all who's genotype have not been isolated as of yet. A spike in this mutation has directed further funding to the Supernova project. The mutation have given them to more readily take the retroviral nano particles which can use the body to ionise isotopes and synthesize electromagnetic radiation from both kinetic energy from their environment and chemical energy from food has been the most success we have so far, their cells repairing the traumatic damage inflicted upon them which would reduce any other body to liquefying necrosis, the only deficit being hypertophic metabolic regulation of energy stores and destruction of photo receptors on the retina leading to increased apatite and blindness, which extraordinarily his hearing has compensated for almost to the point of crude echolocation.. Unlike project 31, Oscar Arthurs who expired at the age of 13, 32 is likely to not only survive after treatment but hormonal adaptation and neural plasticity appears to have given 32 increasing control over his emissions. Evidence that the cellular neoplagia is coping with the electromagnetic radiation, although some non cellular structures cannot regenerate with as much ease, which is evident in developing corneal cataract (this has not been a hinderence considering 32's loss of sight.) and very laxed ligaments.
Risk Assessment: Physiologically, 32 has been a shining jewel from the Supernova project; behaviourally it's a different story. He has been resistant to indoctrination, questioning authority, demanding reasoning for actions. He is also very social, his charisma give him potential to be a military leader befitting potential spec ops roles but squanders it on flirtation and making friendly relations with other experiments, often displaying his talents as a leader to garner support for his rebellious outbursts. Most importantly, his powers are so attuned to the control of his endocrine and neurological systems that they fluxuate with with his emotional responses. For this reason, it is paramount that information of his brother's death is kept from him in the case that he has the potential to cause a small thermo-nuclear explosion.
N.B. Potential of electromagnetic expressions of emotional impulses are far greater than initially realized. Keep sedated until future notice.
Future Plans: He will be transferred to the Greenland facility with co-operation with the Denmark Government. Here we will use advanced reeducation techniques to ensure 32 will comply with military authority. Creating an automaton will lose the social skills that 32 has, but this price must be paid. If 32 manages to resist even this, a lobotomy will be the last resort - if anything else, we have a very sustainable weapon of mass destruction.
