First time using the swarmlord

I have been playing with the flyrat as my HQ. I'm trying the swarmlord for the first time with a mixed army list. Trying for balance list with diffrent threats. Thought I put the list up to get some help refining it.

Drop a tyrant guard so you can abuse iron arm/majority toughness. That unit is already incredibly resilient, losing a guard is feasible.

The points could pay for another troop choice, or devourers on the gants.

In addition to Jabberwocky's points, I'd drop the devourers on the Ravs and the toxin sacs on the Warriors. Personally I don't think they need them, and that'll net a load more points for more models. More Troops would be handy, like Stealers or Hormagaunts, while Hive Guard would also be a good shout with those points you've saved.

Also, I'd split the Ravs into two units. Gives you greater flexibility and less tempting as krak missile bait.

As mentioned above...plus:
I'd suggest swapping one Trygon for a Dakkafex. It gives reliable shooting and if you make the tweaks above you can squeeze in a Mycetic Spore to make it mobile. Works great as a Line Breaker, Denial, Big Guns Scoring, Glancing Storm Ravens and general carnage unit. I would also consider dropping one of your Warriors. I've been running 5 with my Prime (Outflanking) and I haven't needed 5... I'm thinking about dropping one down to 4 plus the Prime. Also, 9 Ymgarls is probably overkill. 7-8 seems to be the magic number.
