Hello folks! I'm kinda new here, I heard of this site from Auxelli0n (I'm sure a lot of people have).
I originally come form Miniwargamming and I post my work over on the content page.
However a few days ago my Trygon arrived and I decided I wanted to keep a project log of it along with other stuff I've been doing in their Tyranid forum.
Unfortunately after 3 days of my log post and after 3 updates only 4 people have responded and that was from the original post
Definitely not my expected turn out.
So I come here to share my work, I really hope this will have a larger response.
I'm not going to abandon the project log over at the miniwargamming I'm just gonna post here and copy and paste the update there as well.
Here are a few of my most recent posts over at the content
Magnetizing Warriors
What I've been doing during July
Secret Warrior weapons
I'll copy and paste everything I have done from my miniwargamming posts.

My channel www.miniwargaming.com/channel/Bloodtyrant/, the pictures on the front hasn't been updated but my bio is still good.
As for my army
Hive Fleet -黒水銀- (Black Mercury)
From the top of my head I can tell you it is well over 3000 points
HQ
- Hive Tyrant with 3 guard
- Winged Hive Tyrant
- Broodlord
Elites
- 3 Lictors
- 18 warriors (6 fully magnetized, 3 lower arms magnetized)
Fast Attck
- 5 Reveners
- 10 gargoyles
- Trygon?
Heavy Support
- 4 Carnifexes (2 fully magnetized)
- 3 Zoanthropes
- 3 Biovores
Troops
- 32 genestealers
- 40? Gaunts
- 40? Hormagaunts
- 12? Ripper bases
As for the fluff of my army, hmmm well I haven't really given much thought about it, but considering I gave it the name 黒水銀 (Black Mercury) written in Chinese characters I think we can say the Tau were the first to encounter them on one of their planets. I say Tau because in the game Dawn of War - Dark Crusade they gave them an Asian accent so whatever. The planet had great patches of deciduous forest and my Hive Fleet just so happen to arrive on the peak of autumn, when the leaves were turning colours which explains the autumn theme bases I'm doing for my army. (BTW I made this fluff up just now to go with my army theme ).
Well that's it for my army I'll start on my Trygon proession.
Here is the first post I've made for my Trygon and my "secret" project I'm also working on.

Alright lets get started
My Trygon that arrived after a little over 3 weeks after I placed my order

i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00334.jpg
The next day I cleaned up the mold lines and started to assemble
Though I've noticed that the Forge World resin is quite different than the resin in the store bought kits.
The Forge World ones feel more brittle, but at least there wasn't a lot of mold lines to clean (Maybe I got lucky).
Anyway after I cleaned the mold lines I started to assemble and magnetize the parts.

I marked the magnet on the head with black paint so when I fit it to the socket I'll know where to drill, but it seems the magnets doesn't even touch the other end!
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00366.jpg[/img]
So I added another magnet and marked that

I'm running out of magnets :/
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00383.jpg
Waist
I know a magnet isn't gonna hold the entire body of the Trygon so I use the idea I did on my Winged Hive Tyrant and just pinned the two together.
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00384.jpg
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00387.jpg
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00386.jpg
I pinned the tail end as well
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00389.jpg
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00390.jpg
And I guess I forgot to take pictures when I did the tail to the body, but I did the same thing but I used some green stuff as well
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00391.jpg
And the last thing I had to do was to glue all those little spines on the body, unfortunately at the time I misplaced the instruction sheet so I had to figure out which set belonged where but it wasn't to hard to figure out.
However gluing the spines on was just the one of the most frustrating thing I've done.
The spines and the little dent which it plugs into was quite shallow so I used a little green stuff to keep them in place but when I go and try and glue the next spine I end up hitting the one I just put because they are so damn close to each other  . The spines on the inside turn on the tail was the worst since it was impossible to to not touch like 2 other spines when I try and place the next spine, so I busted out the tweezers which helped a little bit. Also when you cut the little spines off the spure make sure you are holding on to the bit or it will shoot off. I had this happen to me and I flew off somewhere and I thought I lost it, it really flew off somewhere and it ended up in the most oddest place.
It flew off to the right and I heard it hit the plastic box on the end.
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00393.jpg
So I figured it ended up either in the box or somewhere on the ground to the right of my table, and after searching on my hands and knees I couldn't find it! So I was like "(please do not swear) I lost a piece of my Trygon". I ended up finishing assembling it and I did some more searching, "maybe it bounced off the the box and landed to the left of my desk" still nothing. The I took the keyboard slider off and ol' and behold it was in that metal slider thing.
i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx307/BloodTyrant_Trygon/DSC00394.jpg
I was like "What the hell, that just messed up"
Anyway I glued it on and now I've got an assembled Tyrgon
Here are some size comparisons
As for my side project I'll post some pictures on the content and here on Saturday, earlier if someone guesses what I'm up to.
Until then stay tuned for my Trygon Project my side project and maybe other stuff I'll end up doing.
