Ah, Barbedsparky. Every time I see your avatar I yearn to destroy something. With my forehead.

Now THAT'S comedy!

A 3 year smoked kipper has got to be the bomb.

Good to see some of the old crew still about along with a bunch of new biomass to boot.

Thanks for the re-welcome, I have a lot of catching up to do...

I would like to have posted in it, but seeing as I'm danish and mostly watch danish comedy, I don't know many comedians from other countries. Stand-up comedians that is.

George Carlin is awesome though, and Monty Python is a timeless classic.

Hmmm.... On BBC Entertainment there is a lot of comedy! Shows etc. Like: Live at the Apollo, Michael Mcintyres comedy roadshow etc.

Most of the comedy I like is entirely unsuited to the Hive. Not a big fan of video as a medium either. So even tho I do consider myself to enjoy comedy, that thread didn't feel like one I could really participate in.

I was about to say exactly the same. I searched through youtube, but obviously Anders matthesen didn't do anything on English. Would have been pretty awesome if he had, but on the other hand, also a little bit weird. I also used a couple of hours searching for a video with George Carlin... But he were Swearing at least one time in every single one of them! Gaah!!

Monthy Phyton definitely are the best, but I don't think they did any stand up. Ah well...

Anyway, this ain't the Comedy thread.

What I've learned from the Hive?... hmmm...

- Yori likes Firework.
- Westrider hate Firework (Its too noisy)
- Orcas will forever remain dicks.
- Members I thought would not Trade their Armies away did it anyway (Killercroc and Jward)
- Members secretly re-appear. (Salamut in the form in the form of Paalam and (x)* in the form of Pollyclops.
- Nard can paint pink nids without making them look stupid.
-Nurglitch can contribute with a lot of good stuff but can be stubborn as hell when it comes to interpretation of rules.
- PMs can contain random Rick Rolls.
- You can find Devils Advocate on various 40k memes.
- If Hellbreaker could praise a single thing, that would probably be his Stegadon.
- Xantige is like Nard. A great artist and can make weird colour combinations looks fantastic. She also struggles a lot with this weird thing they name "Real life".
- Jinx has problems with his step dad. :/
- Tomato is capable of growing back his head, should it explode. Quite awesome actually.
- Pony wars never end in anything good.
- Most people at the Hive also seems to be playing a lot of MTG and League of legends.
- Hive fleet pandora might have gotten a little tired getting slapped.
- Tyrantor never left the hive. He's just lurking most of the time.
- Within all of our hearts, we love the Pyrovore.
- The Canadianone shall one day lead the 2nd crusade against bronies of the hive.
- Wisdom has a great memory and is dealing too much with real life.
- Tyranid players whine a lot.
- Evan Quinn paints faster than anyone I've even known and still ends with a beautiful result.
- Space is pretty big still doesn't feel for Tyranids as he once did. Yet he returned.
- voraciousapathy might sound pretty rood, but it is just his weird way of saying: "I love you guys, please listen to what I have to say" (And people really should).

And the last for now:
- The Hive has the best community I've witnessed on a 40k forum... and I just used about 6 hours trying to catch up on what I' missed the past week. I've learned way more than the above, but I can proceed later today. Good night everyone.

*I don't know if you still want to keep your former identity secret, so I just put an X there instead. :P.

Daawww thanks for that, Totally. The way I see it-
if you knew me from before you know me now.
If you didn't, I'm pleased to meet you.

Ever since WestRider told me he liked my ascending descending text-
It stuck... even on facebook! Thanks so much for giving me this weird complex, WestRider.

Awww, bot! You almost made me choke on my water AND blush. :D I never imagined my name would be used in the same sentence as Nard's, let alone in a good way! It's flattering just to be acknowledged -- remembered -- for something GOOD I've done. I've often worried if the only reputation I have here is that of an inarticulate, no-nothing whiner that swings between utter timidness, and bitter world hating sarcasm and utter depressive defeat.

:P So I guess I just learned that:
- Totallynotabot totally compared me to Nard
- People like my bling nids
- At least a few people here don't see me as a (total) whiner
- I'm more than just an invisible outsider in this awesome forum

I'd even go as far as to call it one of the best forums in all of forum-dom. I've never been on any forum as awesome as this one. This place really is a family, and there's almost no trolls, and no hatred or flaming. At least, nothing compared to other forums.
