YEEHAWS!:
1) The OFCC Weekend in general. Always a good time.
2) AC at the Hotel. It was apparently 103 on Saturday, with something like 80% Humidity. But it was still quite nice inside.
3) The biggest one. Never dreamed I'd be bringing one of these home. I can't claim any credit for it, my Teammates carried pretty much the whole thing and my one Win exemplified why we call ourselves Team Better Lucky Than Good, but I'm still incredibly happy:

found a reason to pull my chaos marines off the shelf.
Daemons-> chaos allies.
Give the chaos allies a unit of choosen with an icon and infiltrate them 12-18" away. turn 1 daemons come in and do not scatter with the icons up to 6-12" away from enemy units. now imagine a soulgrinder.......or three.

Woot!
Finally got confirmation that my bother has slow growing cancer in only one spot (even if it is 10cm long!) - and that they hope to remove it surgically without any radiation treatment. Though they've got to graft new bone over that which they scrape out as they remove the cancer; but still best news we could have expected all things considered (we knew he had it in one spot, but its great to hear that its not only slow growing but also not spread to other areas.

Thanks, guys! Like I said, my teammates really did most of the heavy lifting (and there are numbers to back that up, it's not just modesty), but it still makes me incredibly happy!
So, because I was down in Portland all weekend, I totally missed out on this Curiosity thing.
YEEHAW!: The Curiosity Landing System. Absolutely beautiful. I was crying when I was watching the concept vids, it was just so wonderful.
