Hi
THX for all the kind words  , I was a lurker on this forum for while as I was busy with caring for my wife and first borne  , but now all is well .
Today I already did some work to day while my 11 month old daughter was playing at my feet  , she'll be a war gamer as well.

The death leaper is being stripped as one visitor of my home tipped it of my painting table by accident, this broke off the tail and a arm. The tail assembly is not that neat by nature so I had it tidied up with GS, and that sprang of as well. So all in all I didn't think it could be saved while primed, to make long story short it isn't ready for painting right now next period maybe.
The death leaper could be in with a FW Trygon and Carnifex, it would make 17 points already but I'm not sure. The Trygon base will be adorned with a wrecked IG sentinel which is 3 points so this would make 20 points if I'm right.

Well as long as you'll paint the death leaper!
I've highlighted the Vyper's hull today. Upon finishing I figured out I'll land somewhere on table-top standard with it (somewhere in the grey between TT and TT+ if I say so myself) which is cool.
I also found the arms I needed for my crew gunner. I have no idea where all of my Guardian jetbike sprues went, so they were a pain to find.

Haha, I do them like that because it's easier.
Slather in mechrite red. Overbrush with blood red. Half-assedly highlight with blazing orange. Wash with Baal Red. Wash with Leviathan Purple. Paint the forehead black and do detail work. Easiest part of my entire army.
By the way people, Sorry for the bad pictures. I don't have a good lamp currently (I need to pick up some daylight bulbs or something).
On to the Guard, Spore, and Prime!

I'm not sure if I like the bone sword, I may re-paint it.
Should I blend the spore tentacles or should I make them look muscley? I'm thinking muscley... for my own sanity.
