The bonesword was made from the side hull-piece of a leman russ, but 1.5-2.0mm plasticard would work just as well. You basically have to draw out the shape you want, cut it out and trim it down with a craft knife. Then you use a pin vice to drill out the holey parts on the sword, cut out the excess to make the sharp bits on the blade. The last thing to do is to bevel the edges with some needle files. It's probably also a good idea to draw a centre-line on either side of the sword, so it doesn't turn out looking wonky.
The arm itself is from a carnifex deathspitter. The handguard thing is from a termagaunt headplate and the "butt" end of the sword is from the end of a devourer.
